Since the podcast is growing big, I thought it would be wize to do some searching and emailing about the legal issues regarding using the movie trailers posted on Apple’s Movie trailers page.

Turns out I am not allowed to use the trailers for the podcast anymore!

I always thought it would be OK since movie trailers are kind of advertisements for movies. And free advertisement is a good thing.

Well, it looks that Apple does not realy care if I use the trialers, but big old ‘Hollywood’ has!

So I have to stop this podcast, not that I want to, but I dont want to pay ‘Hollywood’ for their publicity campaigns, not to speak of the legal issues I will be facing if i would continue…

They only thing I am allowed to do is link to Apple’s trailer, wich takes out the essence of the podcast..

Oh well, good things have to come to an end.
